A 4 week in- person processing group specifically designed for neurodivergent people of color. We will explore topics such as: self advocacy, burn out, finding your tribe, racial identity, mindfulness, emotional support & regulation.

A 4 week in-person social and emotional skills group specially designed for children 6+ years old. Through Play therapy your child will develop the following skills: Mindfulness, emotional regulation, friendship building, confidence, attention, coping skills and much more!
